You will need:

3 large eggs

½ cup(115g) whole milk

½ cup (60g) sifted all-purpose flour

1 pinch salt

1 pinch ground nutmeg

3 tablespoons Unsalted butter

2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar for dusting

Directions
Preheat Oven: Place a cast iron skillet into the oven and preheat to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C).
Prepare Batter: Whisk eggs in a medium bowl until light. Whisk in milk, then gradually whisk in flour and salt.
Heat Skillet: Remove the skillet from the oven and reduce the heat to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Place butter into the hot skillet and swirl to melt over the bottom and sides (browning the butter will add even more flavor).
Bake Dutch Baby: Pour batter into the skillet and return to the oven. Bake until puffed and lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
Finish and Serve: Remove from the oven and immediately top with fresh fruits and sift confectioners' sugar over the top. Garnish with lemon zest for an extra zing of flavor.
